🌑 Shipping policy — NEXO Street
Origin. All orders are shipped from our workshop in Bogotá, Colombia.
Coverage. We ship throughout Colombia.
Shipping costs
- Bogotá: COP 10,000
- Rest of Colombia: COP 20,000
- Free shipping on orders from COP 200,000 paid on the website
Cash on delivery. This payment method has specific surcharge and shipping terms. Read the cash-on-delivery terms before ordering.
Delivery time. We prepare your order within 1 to 2 calendar days from payment confirmation. The carrier (Inter Rapidísimo) then delivers it within 1 to 3 additional business days, depending on your city.
Tracking. Every order includes a tracking number. We email it to you as soon as your package leaves the workshop.
Responsibility. Once your order leaves our workshop, it is in the carrier's hands, but we continue to support you until it arrives. If anything is lost or delayed, contact us and we will resolve it.
Incorrect address. If an order is returned because the address is incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange another shipment. The second shipment has an additional cost.
